Innovaskin Solutions BV uses cookies and other browser storage to operate the website and, with your permission, for optional preferences, analytics and marketing. The privacy policy also describes how personal data is processed.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Cookies may be sent with requests to their domain. localStorage retains data without an automatic expiry unless the application checks a validity period. sessionStorage normally lasts for the relevant tab’s session; IndexedDB is storage managed by the application.
Names or name groups appear below. An * represents a variable part of the name. Restoring tabs may extend a session. Browser settings can shorten retention periods; using a service may renew a cookie. Browser storage lifetimes are not server data retention periods.
In the banner, you can reject all optional categories, accept all or choose by category and save your choice. Necessary storage remains active for operation, security and services you expressly request.
Cookie settings in the footer reopens your preferences. Turn off a category and save your choice to withdraw that consent. A floating button is not required. Your choice is currently remembered for up to 150 days; a relevant change may require a new choice sooner.
Withdrawal stops the relevant optional processing and the site removes known, accessible storage for that category. Previously received data and cookies on third-party domains are not automatically erased. You can also remove these through your browser’s privacy settings. Withdrawal is not retroactive.
Brizello: brizello_consent_* is a cookie remembering your choice for up to 150 days. brizello:consent:manifest:* is localStorage for the banner configuration; it remains valid as a temporary fallback for at most 15 minutes and is refreshed or removed at the next check.
Shopping cart: InnovaSkin_cartItems in localStorage stores your cart. leasing-store in localStorage stores the selected plan and, if entered, leasing application details. This storage has no automatic expiry and remains until replaced, removed by the application or manually cleared with site data.
Account: accessToken, refreshToken, authSession.v1, authRefreshPending.v1 and associated temporary synchronisation storage support sign-in and session security. Token and synchronisation validity differs from the physical lifetime of localStorage; sign-out and session checks clean up the relevant data. IndexedDB may temporarily contain a lock for session renewal.
Temporary storage for verification, a requested favourites action and leasing-id-scan-access supports the action you started. The inventory describes separate validity periods and removal points. Administration or preview cookies for maintenance and geographical exceptions are used only for those particular access cases.
OpenAI: __oaiq_consent (cookie, 30 days) and oaiq_consent (localStorage, until replaced or manually deleted) remember permission or refusal for loaded advertising measurement. This preference does not itself allow marketing.
The external LeadConnector/HighLevel appointment calendar loads only when you allow both preferences and analytics and open the calendar. The service may use storage for calendar features and receives the information you enter in the booking form.
The calendar service may use msgsndr_id for analytics. Its precise storage and validity are managed by the external calendar service. You can also request an appointment by phone or email without loading the calendar.
Google Analytics 4: _ga and _ga_* on our domain distinguish browsers and sessions for website analytics. The service’s default lifetime is up to 2 years; browsers may limit this, for example to 400 days. Google Analytics processes visit and device data; this is not exclusively anonymous information.
Microsoft Clarity: _clck (cookie, up to 1 year) and _clsk (cookie, up to 1 day) support visitor and session analytics. _cltk, innovaskin_clarity_custom_session_id and innovaskin_clarity_identified_session in sessionStorage support session linking. Clarity can analyse interactions and sessions using a pseudonymous reference.
Brizello: brizello_cv_* (cookie, up to 1 year) supports banner statistics. brizello:consent:visitor:* and brizello:consent:assignment:* in browser storage remain until withdrawal or manual deletion; brizello:consent:session lasts for the browser session.
Innovaskin: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, utm_id, utm_source_platform and innovaskin_visitor_intent in localStorage store campaign and interest context until withdrawal or manual deletion. innovaskin_landing_attribution in sessionStorage lasts for the session. innovaskin_pending_signup_tracking is usable for up to 30 days; the application checks this on use.
Vercel Speed Insights may receive technical performance data after analytics consent. Optional analytics services wait for analytics consent for this measurement, subject to the Google Consent Mode requests described below.
Google Ads: _gcl_* cookies on our domain, such as _gcl_au, retain conversion and advertising click data for up to 90 days. _gcl_ls is localStorage for advertising measurement. localStorage has no automatic browser expiry; when you withdraw marketing consent, the site removes this accessible storage on our domain. This does not define the retention of data previously received by Google. test_cookie on doubleclick.net checks whether cookies can be stored and normally lasts 15 minutes.
Meta: _fbp and, following a relevant advertising click, _fbc are cookies on our domain lasting up to 90 days. lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime in localStorage retain the referring category and timestamp; they are usable for up to 90 days and are then removed on the next initialisation of the Meta code. _fbi may temporarily retain IP information through the loaded conversion helper (up to 1 day).
OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads: __oppref (cookie, up to 30 days when an advertising click reference is available), __obref (cookie, up to 1 year) and oaiq_cs:* (sessionStorage, browser session) support advertising attribution and measurement. innovaskin_chatgpt_appointment in sessionStorage prevents repeated confirmations within the same appointment flow and session.
Loading OpenAI services may set __cf_bm and _cfuvid on bzr.openai.com and bzrcdn.openai.com for security and traffic management: __cf_bm expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; _cfuvid is a session cookie. On our site, these external services load through the marketing integration.
Google Tag Manager manages marketing tags and loads under the marketing category. Cookie lifetimes do not guarantee that Google, Meta or OpenAI retain advertising data on their servers for the same periods.
The website uses Google Consent Mode in advanced mode. Before you give consent, Google consent signals are set to denied. Google tags may already load and send requests without advertising or analytics cookies, containing information such as the page, technical context and consent status. In this configuration, refusing cookies therefore does not mean no requests are made to Google.
After the relevant consent, Google Analytics and advertising cookies may be used. With marketing consent, the email address and phone number in a training enquiry may be used for Google Ads enhanced conversions. Handling your enquiry is separate from that marketing consent.
In Cookie settings, open Cookies and browser storage for each category to see individual names, provider, purposes, lifetime and placement conditions. The inventory also covers storage appearing only after a particular action or advertising click; not every listed item is placed on each visit.
Scripts from Google, Microsoft, Meta, OpenAI or Brizello may set cookies on our domain. External services may also use storage on their own domains. Browser restrictions may prevent our website from reading or removing that storage.
Those services’ own privacy terms also apply. The privacy policy describes recipients, possible processing outside the EEA and your rights.
Your browser’s privacy or site data settings let you clear cookies and other storage. This may remove your cookie choice, cart, sign-in and stored form details.
